"One thing I love about Shiatsu, is the way we communicate with our clients. Never imposing any way of healing - simply listen with our hands and our hearts and the magic happens. People connect with their true self in the sessions. Yet Shiatsu never asks or forces anything. The Practitioner is just aware and totally immersed in the moment. It is a healing moment for myself also when I treat a client. There is also the „silent“ way of Shiatsu, the self-healing process when I, before falling asleep, just concentrate on the sound of my tissue, bones, blood or lymph and realise its all just vibration."
Heidi Abel, shiatsu practitioner
Throughout June we are posting contributions we have received from people who wanted to tell us one thing they love about shiatsu.
